  1. Warmup
  2. Dbl KB Complexes, 3 sets each, alternating (1:00):
    • Swing. 5 + Squat. 5
    • Clean. 5 + Push Press. 5
  3. Repeat 3+:
    • Snatch. 5/5
    • Press. 5/5 – 3/3 – 1/1 (Max)
    • Pullup/Chinup Negatives. 3 + Ring Pulls 5-10
    • Double KB Lunge. 5/5
  4. Swing (heavy). 10 reps x 5 (1:00 timer)
