  1. Warmup + Arm Bars
  2. Repeat 3-5 sets:
    • Double Power Clean. 5
    • Negative Press. 3/3
    • Pullup/Chinup. 5
    • Squat. 5
  3. Swing (heavy). 10 reps x 5 (1:00 timer)
