  1. Warmup
  2. Three sets each, alternating (1:00):
    • Double Swing. 5 + Snatch. 5
    • Double Clean. 5 + Lunge. 5/5
  3. Repeat 3+:
    • Snatch. 5/5
    • Double Push Press. 1-3
    • Pullup/Chinup Negatives. 1-3
    • Squat. 5
  4. Single-Hand Swing (each set 1:00):
    • 6/6, 7/7, 8/8, 9/9, 8/8, 7/7, 6/6
