  1. Warmup
  2. Double KB Complex (twice through, 1:00 timer):
    • Swing.5 + Clean.5
    • Clean.5 + Push Press.5
    • Push Press.5 + Squat.5
  3. Repeat:
    • Barbell Deadlift. 1 (singles, 90% +) or KB Deadlift
    • See-Saw Press. 5/5
    • KB Row. 5/5
  4. Snatch. 8/8 x 5 (1:00 timer) – Optional
