  1. Warmup + Arm Bar
  2. Double KB Complexes. 2 times through (1:00) sets):
    • Swing. 5 + Clean. 5
    • Clean. 5 + Squat. 5
    • Squat. 5 + Push Press. 5
  3. Skill Drill: TGU Swing + Get-ups. 5 minutes
  4. Repeat:
    • Chinup/Pullup. 5
    • Friday Press. 5/5
    • Squat. 5
  5. Two-Hand Swing. 10 x 5 (1:00 timer)
