1. Warmup + Cossack Stretch

2. Double Power Clean + Squat Warmup

3. Repeat:

  • Double KB Squat x 1
  • Chinups/Pullups x 3
  • Press x 3/3

4. Two-Hand Swing x 10 (5 sets on a 1:00 timer)
