Last chance to hit a press PR. Your choice of press. Let me know if you want help with attempts. Remember, you don’t have to wait for the skill month to hit a PR. That press you’ve been chasing might come next month. Stay focused and build your base.

Sets – 5. If you are going for a PR, focus on that. Otherwise, start easy, work heavy. Focus on speed and strength.

  • Double Power Clean x 5
  • Anything Press x PR
  • Bulgarian Squat x 5/5
  • Windmill x 3/3
  • Ring Pulls x 8

Swing OTM x 5 minutes

Go heavy.
