Intensity – Heavy

Focus is on double front squat. Go for a PR or try to match a PR. Start light to warm-up the movement, then work up to a heavy single.  Plan your attempts, don’t wear yourself out before getting to your target weight.

Part 1; Sets – 5

  • Swings x 10-5
  • D FSQ x 5-3-1
  • Chin/Pull-ups x 5
  • Press or Push Press x 5/5

Part 2, as time permits; Sets – 2-3

  • Ab Wheel x 10
  • Russian Twist x 10
