Intensity – Heavy
Focus is on the double cleans + squats. This is a back strengthening exercise. Try not to miss any lifts. Focus on keeping your chest up and back set. If you can do a single or double chin/pull-up, avoid the band assist and just do fewer reps. If you can do more that 5 chin/pull-ups, add weight.
