Heavy Day

  1. Double KB Sets x 2 each (1:00):
    • Swing 5 + Clean 5
    • Clean 5 + Pushups 5
    • Lunge 5/5
  2. Three-four sets (up to 5 reps/set):
    • Squat
    • 1/2 Kneeling Press
    • Chin/Pullup
  3. 5 minutes: TGU, Arm Bar, Windmill
  4. Abs and back extensions
