    • Double Clean 5 + Squat 5
    • Double Clean 5 + Push Press or Pushup 5
    • Double Lunge 5/5
  2. Three sets (up to 5 reps):
    • Squat
    • Friday Press
    • Chin/Pullup
  3. Back ext/abs
