    • Clean 5 + Squat
  2. Get-Downs. 5 minutes
  3. Three-four sets:
    • Double KB Lunge. 5/5
    • Chin/Pullup. 5
    • Press. 5/5
  4. Abs/rest/Pullovers x 3 (:30 intervals)
