  2. Double KB Complexes, 2 times through (1:00 sets):
    • Swing. 5 + Clean. 5
    • Clean. 5 + Squat. 5
    • Squat. 5 + Push Press. 5
  3. Two-four sets (own pace):
    • Double Press. 5
    • Single-Leg Deadlift. 5/5
    • Chinup/Pullup. 5
  4. Snatch. 5/5 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  5. Abs. 3 sets
