  2. Double KB sets: twice through (1:00 timer):
    • Swing 5 + Clean 5
    • Clean 5 + Squat 5
    • See-Saw Press 5/5
  3. Two-Four Sets:
    • Press (+ negative press). 5/5
    • Double Lunge. 5/5
    • Chinups/Pullups. 5
  4. Snatch. 8/8 x 5 sets (1:00 timer)
  5. Abs. 3 sets
