    • Double Swing + Clean x 5
    • Double Clean + Squat x 5
  2. Three-four sets:
    • Chin/Pullup x 5
    • Double Lunge or Bottoms-Up Lunge x 5/5
    • Press x 5 – 3 – 1
  3. Heavy Swing. 10 x 3 (1:00)
  4. Abs and Pullovers
