    • Clean. 5 + Push Press. 5
    • Lunge. 5/5
  3. Three sets:
    • Band Press. 5/5
    • Single KB Squat. 5/5
    • Chinup/Pullup. 5
  4. Snatch. 10 reps x 6 sets (1:00 timer)
  5. Abs/Back Extensions :30/:30 x 3 sets
