  1. KB Complexes x 3 sets each (1:00 timer):
    • Clean 5 + Push Press 5
    • Clean 5 + Squat 5
  2. 3-4 sets:
    • See-Saw Press and/or Band Press
    • Double KB Lunge or Split Squat
    • Chin/Pullup
  3. TGUs, Windmills, Arm Bars
  4. Back Ext and Abs
