A complement to your kettlebell workouts, this yoga class will help to build flexibility in commonly restricted areas for athletes and help reduce the risk of future injuries. Combining the precision of the Iyengar method, the flow and strength of the Ashtanga method and principles of Thomas Myers’ Anatomy Trains, this class mindfully investigates the balance between effort and ease within the poses.
